Unless otherwise stated all photography taken remains the
exclusive property of the Edinburgh Inspiring Capital Brand.
However, the photographer retains all copyright and moral rights to
the works.
No party shall grant any license to any third party to use the
works or associated material without prior consent of Edinburgh
Inspiring Capital Brand.
The photography license is exclusive to Edinburgh Inspiring
Capital and the photographer and covers all uses of the photography
in relation to the Edinburgh City Region Brand Project and related
organisations.
The supplier has indemnified Edinburgh Inspiring Capital from
any claim arising from a member of the public appearing in
photographs against their knowledge and wishes.
Subject to registration with www.edinburghbrand.com you are
permitted to print, email and download images from this site on the
basis that no part of this site may be reproduced or stored in any
other website or included in any public or private electronic
retrieval system or service or in any other format whatsoever
without Edinburgh Inspiring Capital’s prior written permission. Any
rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
These photos may reproduced, distributed, cropped, resized and
otherwise altered without the written permission of the
photographer. However, commercial use of these photos is restricted
to activity that assists in city region promotion.
We ask that you credit ‘Edinburgh Inspiring Capital,’use our

whenever you use any photos originally found on our site on a third
party website. If you are using any photos originally found on
