Terms and conditions of Brand material usage
In this website we provide branded promotional materials
and short term loan materials for various events and
conferences. All items are subject to availability.
Brand materials will only be distributed to organisations
(including private companies, public sector bodies, associations,
business or initiatives) that have an interest in promoting
Edinburgh City Region. Brand materials cannot be
distributed to any individual for personal use.
The Edinburgh Inspiring Capital team will confirm your request
within 5 working days of receiving your order. We
reserve the right to refuse any requests. Upon receipt of your
Brand materials order, Edinburgh Inspiring Capital will confirm
availability and, if appropriate, the duration of the loan.
All items are currently available free of charge, however
organisations must arrange for a courier to pick up materials and
return items at their own cost and liaise with
Edinburgh Inspiring Capital regarding pick up/delivery time. The
returnable materials should be picked up after
12.00pm and dropped off before 12.00pm on the allocated
return day. Edinburgh Inspiring Capital reserve the
right to charge a fee for any lost, late and damaged items.
Edinburgh Inspiring Capital reserves the right to implement a
pricing strategy for the materials and images at any time. In the
event of any loss or misuse of the brand materials, The City of
Edinburgh Council retains the right to forbid further use of the
Brand materials and can request that Brand materials are recalled
at any time.
By utilising Edinburgh Inspiring Capital’s Branded display
materials you consent to returning the materials in a suitable
condition. Each product is listed below with instructions on
how they should be returned.
Flying banners
Flying banners should first be laid out to dry and then rolled up
lengthways to avoid creasing the fabric. All poles should
then be inserted into the bags first, and then the rolled up banner
follows. Ground spikes should be inserted into the inside
pocket of the bags. Flying banners should be put in its bag
of corresponding colour and size.
Pop-ups
Pop-ups should be carefully assembled and broken down to protect
the graphic panel. Please unfold the poles and insert them in
the inside cover of the bag. Each pop-up bag has an image of
the pop-up which is inside, each pop-up should go in the correct
bag.
Branding roll
Branding roll should first be laid out to dry and then rolled up
lengthways to avoid creasing the fabric. Cable ties should be
lightweight to avoid tearing the fabric, please take out any cable
ties and remove any tape etc before returning the
materials.
Vinyl Banners
Vinyl Banners should first be laid out to dry and then rolled up
lengthways to avoid creasing the fabric.
Exhibition Stand
The exhibition stand should be carefully assembled and broken
down. Each magnetic panel should be rolled up with the
graphic facing outwards. Each panel should then fit inside
each other and then be inserted into the container.
