Christmas in Edinburgh is truly inspirational! Edinburgh's Christmas celebrations will be declared open to the public at the city's magical Light Night ceremony on November 27.   Light Night will see the festive lights, Edinburgh Wheel and Carousels, Winter Wonderland, the Traditional German and Highland Village Christmas Markets all open simultaneously with a spectacular show and fireworks. To enjoy the fun gather at 17.15 in East Princes Street Gardens.

The fun continues on 14 December with the Santa Stroll.  West Princes Street Gardens will be invaded by thousands of Santas strolling through the Inspiring Capital to raise money for charity.  This year also sees the new addition of the festival favourite the Speigeltent entertaining us with performances for children and adults alike!
