Inspirational Fun at Fringe Sunday!

After a rainy and dull start to the annual Fringe Sunday event
on the 14 August, the Edinburgh City Region Brand team enjoyed the
afternoon sunshine and the fun and frivolity, along with 150,000
others.
At the City of Edinburgh Council tent the Edinburgh City
Region Brand project hosted a stall giving out information,
balloons and offering people the chance to let the team know what
they thought of the new Edinburgh Brand that was launched at the
end of May.
The survey carried out aimed to find out how visible the Brand
was and where people had seen it since the launch in May.
The results of the survey were motivating for the Brand Team
with 50% of people surveyed finding the Brand likeable and
appealing, 12% finding it highly appealing.
26% of people found they were somewhere in the middle neither
disliking it nor finding the new Brand that appealing.
With the Festival season in full swing and the Brand being
used across the various festivals across the city, Edinburgh in
August truly is an inspiration.
