We are proud of Edinburgh Inspiring Capital’s successes and look forward to an even stronger future.

We will build on our achievements to date in working to attract business, investors, visitors and talent to Edinburgh City Region. We will continue to build strong relationships with organisations from the public and private sector and look forward to continuing support from our partners.

Our key medium term objectives are to:

  • cement the Edinburgh Inspiring Capital Brand at the heart of city region promotion activities
  • play our part in the creation of the Destination Edinburgh Marketing Alliance
  • expand private sector engagement and advocacy of Edinburgh Inspiring Capital
  • establish and expand the official Edinburgh City Region website
  • undertake significant promotional activity to drive traffic to both our websites
  • build our contacts database and generate leads for investment and talent
  • elevate Edinburgh’s rank in surveys such as the GMI City Brand Index and UK Cities Monitor.

Our vision is for Edinburgh City Region to be world renowned for business, education, science and technology, tourism and the creative industries.
